Rachel Blinn, LCSW
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate certificate in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities from UNR’s LEND program. As a self-advocate, mother, and professional, she brings both expertise and lived experience to her work. Rachel is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, offering support rooted in compassion, understanding, and hope.

Originally from Ohio, has made Reno her home since 2003, With over 20 years of experience managing teams and caring for others—including as an adoptive mom to children with special needs-she leads with love and dedication. Holding a degree in psychology and a deep passion for helping those who are struggling, April offers strength and compassion in every aspect of her life.

Aimee is a joyful, articulate wife and mother of two. Her heart shines through her dedication to others. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Development. She has years of eerperience supporting shildren with Autism. Her management experience as a former Executive Director for Disability Resources allowed her to generously share her wisdom. Her passion for helping people and sharing the love of Jesus guides everything she does.

A small-town Nevada girl with a big heart; a mom first and forever, and someone who believes kindness can change everything. She loves being the hub that connects people to the right places and the right support and she lives life with full energy, color, and purpose. Most of all. She believes everyone deserves help, hope, and a great therapist
Connie Silveria
Connie’s professional background includes serving as a Legal Assistant and owning and operating a construction company. In Addition, she dedicated many years as a veteran Advocate, assisting disabled veterans in navigating the VA system. Since retiring she actively engages in community advocacy, particularly in effects to revitalize Reno’s innercity parks and currently working on preserving an 4K sq. ft. greenhouse to be repurposed to support food access and community education.
